Minneapolis/St. Paul
It's been too many years since we've visited our friends Chris and Wendy in their home in Minneapolis. Chris is Doug's best friend from high school. What fun to watch our little ones play together. Great company, great food, and a kickin' pilates class kept us thoroughly entertained. And let's not forget the all-day excursion in a rented pontoon boat, playing on Lake Minnetonka! That was the best!!

The coolest little bookstore, equipped with critters of all kinds, and murals beyond your imagination. The quaintness reminds me a bit of Meg Ryan's Shop Around the Corner in You've Got Mail.

That looks beautiful! I think Minnesota would be a great place to live but the winters are a little brutal!
